The children explored what makes them unique. This gave them the opportunity to get to know themselves and their peers better.

They looked closely at their image, they thought about what they liked/disliked doing, things they were good at, things they needed/wanted to practise and saw similarities and differences with their peers.

This gave the children an understanding to the fact we are not all the same but we are all unique.
